Question: What is your lead time? What if I need the frames in a hurry?

Answer: Despatch of all orders is usually made within approx. 1-3 working days, If you have an urgent requirement we have a priority service available at extra charge, but please contact us before ordering. If for any reason the timescales cannot be honoured you will be kept informed.

Question: When do you deliver?

Answer: After the goods are manufactured, we despatch using either Royal Mail or our nominated parcel carrier. Mail usually goes 1st class, and parcels are delivered on a 3-5 working day service.

Question: Do you deliver weekends?

Answer: We do not offer a weekend delivery service (other than Royal Mail) on grounds of cost. However, if you really want the goods delivered on a Saturday then please contact us to discuss.

Question: How much do you charge for delivery?

Answer: Delivery charges include a contribution toward packing materials and our courier costs. They will vary according to the size of your order and your location. The fee is calculated in your shopping basket and is shown clearly on a separate line.

Question: I have ordered the wrong size on a ready made frame, what do I do?

Answer: Call our customer service department as quickly as possible on 020 7437 8881 or email us at hello@cardsandframes.co.uk to explain your situation, and we will seek to amend the problem.

Question: I live in a remote area of the UK, what do I pay for delivery?

Answer: Shipping to remote destinations costs a bit more depending on the weight, size and cost of your order. Costs are calculated in your shopping basket. If your order exceeds £250 then delivery is FREE.
